Shipping policy
SHIPPING
All items are shipped within the USA. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive tracking information via email. Refunds will NOT be issued for shipping & handling fees.
You are responsible for providing the correct delivery address for your order. If your package is returned to us due to an insufficient address, shipping charges WILL APPLY to re-ship your order. We will provide you with a link to pay for re-shipping your items.
We are not responsible for packages once they have been placed in the care of the USPS. Please make sure you are shipping to a secure location to avoid packages becoming lost or stolen. If your tracking info shows that your package has been delivered and you did not receive it, please do the following before contacting us;
1. Check that the shipping address you provided to us at checkout is correct.
2. Check with your neighbors and family to make sure they didn't receive your package accidentally.
3. Contact your local post office with your tracking number to let them know you never received your package.
4. If you still have not found your package, file a claim with USPS by clicking on this link: https://www.usps.com/help/claims.htm
PLEASE NOTE: Due to high demand it could take up to 7-10 business days for your order to be processed and shipped.
Also consider that shipments may be delayed in response to the ongoing COVID-19 epidemic, inclement weather, holidays, or other issues with USPS that are otherwise out of our control.

RETURN POLICY
Our goal is to make sure you are highly satisfied with every purchase from Feathered Fetters Apparel. We try our best to ensure that your purchase is designed and made with care but mistakes in production can happen. If you receive an item that is misprinted, defective, or otherwise mismanufactured on our part, we are more than happy to replace the item at no charge to you.
NOTE: At this time we ONLY accept returns for mismanufactured or wrong items. We do NOT currently accept returns or exchange requests for different size, color, style, etc. Please do not return any items without contacting us first. We are not obligated to re-ship, refund, or exchange any purchase that is sent back to us without proper adherence to our Return Policy. Any order that is returned violating the policy above and does not pay to have it shipped back will be discarded and donated within 5 business days after our returns department has contacted you via email. You'll find instructions for returning defective items below.
You have 48 hours from when your order was received to inform us that you intend to return it (i.e. If your order was delivered on the 1st, you have until the 3rd to contact us about making a return).
Merchandise must be returned within 14 days of receipt.
Merchandise must be unworn and unwashed.
Merchandise must have all tags attached and original packaging.

Feathered Fetters Apparel reserves the right to refuse any return or request for an exchange on all sale items. With exception to those items and circumstances covered by our Return Policy above - ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
